Valentine's and a Trip to Louisville

February was a fun month with Valentine's celebration! We had parties at school, made cookies to deliver to neighbors, and we had a special breakfast that morning with gifts and yummy food. We had a great month. We went to the aquarium in Gatlinburg one Saturday to visit with friends from church who moved away last April. It was so great to see them! We even went to Louisville one weekend to visit family. I found out my Uncle Joe is battling pancreatic cancer so we went home to visit with Marci (his daughter who I am really close with). It was a great trip and we even went to the zoo! We have been blessed with warm weather in February--we even got new screen porch furniture to enjoy the warmer days this month!

January 2017

January is a big birthday month in this house! Liam and I both have birthdays to celebrate. Liam had a very fun party at Smart Toys and Books- it was a PJ mask party. He had a ball and a ton of his friends from church attended. My family came from out of town and stayed with us. We had really warm weather for January and we spent most of our time outside! It was fabulous. Some other happenings this month- Norah moved into an older classroom and loves it and Michael and I went out for dinner and the UK/UT basketball game for my b-day!

December 2016

Well December was a busy and fun month! We seemed to celebrate the season all month long! We had a concert at school and went to Dollywood on Christmas Eve Eve--it was an awesome day!  We had Christmas Eve celebrations at our house and went to mass before the party. We had Santa at our house and then went and spent most of the day at Grandma and Grandpa's with the family. We spent most of the week between Christmas and New Year's in Louisville. We got to see both sides of the family (Ellignsworth and Nash) and we partied it up! 2016 definitely was a crazy year, but we were blessed through it all. 

Thanksgiving 2016

We had a lovely Thanksgiving here in Knoxville. We got up and ran a 5k  as a family and then had our big meal at Grandma and Grandpa's! We also went to Fantasy of Trees!
